Our course will provide you knowledge and experience in the true Yoga: Holistic yoga, Hatha Yoga and ashtanga vinyasa , Anatomy and Physiology Of Yogic Science, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Shat Kriyas, Yoga Philosophy Foundational Text Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Teaching Methodology, and personal and professional development etc.

The course length is 14 days, 6 days a week, with 9 to 10 hrs of teaching sessions every day and Sunday is off. It is designed to help you increase awareness and enhance your yoga practice while gaining inspiration to be a better human.

Purnam YogaShala offers a variety of yoga programs, including Yoga Retreats, Meditation Retreats, Pranayama Sessions, and Certified Yoga Teacher Training Courses.

Our accommodation includes comfortable private or shared rooms, clean bedding, and scenic views. We provide nutritious Sattvic meals daily, following yogic diet principles.

No, beginners are welcome! Our programs cater to all levels, and our instructors will guide you based on your individual needs.

We recommend bringing comfortable yoga clothing, a personal yoga mat (optional), water bottle, toiletries, and any personal medications.

Purnam YogaShala is located in Agonda Beach, South Goa. The nearest airport is Goa International Airport. Pickup services can be arranged upon request.
